Holiday Reminders
Good Morning Park at Walker's Ranch =) with the wish of snow in the air we want to send out a couple of reminders...
1. When turning on your heater for the first time this year don't be alarmed if your smoke detectors go off this is normal. The heater is just simply burning off any dirt or dust in the vents.
2. When lighting up your fireplace this season make sure your flue is completely open.
3. After decking the halls and putting up your Christmas tree make sure is it properly maintained and freshly watered.
4. Make sure to keep your top key-less deadbolts unlocked to prevent lock-outs.
5. If your gate/garage remotes are starting to have problems opening your gate/garage please stop by the office so we can replace the battery in your remote.
6. With freeze warnings in affect if you have any plants on your patio make sure to cover them up.

Free Turkeys
With Thanksgiving around the corner a local radio station(98.5) and a local news station (WOAI) are teaming up together and at 4 p.m. today handing out free turkeys at a secret location. With times tight or in the spirit of Thanks maybe stop by for yourself or stop and then donate to a local shelter or Food Bank and change the direction of someone's life.
