Winter Freeze- the weather this week is supposed to get below freezing with the wind chill so pack up plants, check on loved ones and pets. Here are some tips:
1. When turning on your heater for the first time this year don’t be alarmed if your smoke detectors go off this is normal. The heater is just simply burning off any dirt or dust in the vents.

2. When lighting up your fireplace this season make sure your flue is completely open.

3. After decking the halls and putting up your Christmas tree make sure is it properly maintained and freshly watered.

4. Make sure to keep your top key-less deadbolts unlocked to prevent lock-outs.

5. If your gate/garage remotes are starting to have problems opening your gate/garage please stop by the office so we can replace the battery in your remote.
