Thank You to all of you for your wonderful patience as we work toward completing our parking lot project! We apologize for any inconvenience this project’s schedule may have caused so far. Unfortunately, Mother Nature has had her own plans, and so long as there is a high level of moisture and a chance of rain, the project cannot proceed as scheduled. The good news is next week’s weather looks promising, and so we are back on! Here’s the new schedule of completion:
• Monday, June 14th: Section 2
• Tuesday, June 15th: Section 3
• Wednesday, June 16th: Section 4
• Thursday, June 17th: Section 5
• Friday, June 18th: Section 6
Work will begin each morning at 7:30 a.m. Each section will be closed off from 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled start date until 1:00 p.m. the following day. Please ensure your vehicles are removed from the scheduled section by 7:00 a.m. each day. This means you will not have access to your garage or carport during that time. Residents whose sections are being closed-off for repair will be able to park in other temporary designated parking areas marked by orange cones. We remind you to please ensure you do not block any other garages, carports, exists or vehicles during this temporary parking time. We will not be held responsible for any vehicles requiring towing in order to complete the project, or vehicles parked in an unauthorized location. Vehicles towed will be at owner’s expense.
It will be imperative that all residents please assist us in this process. We are excited about making your community a better place to live, and we know you are, too! We know this project may present some level of inconvenience, but it will be temporary & very much worth it! We sincerely thank you for your continued help & understanding!
