For anyone who has not had a chance to turn in the CEL Survey, you are in luck! We will be having a 2nd Chance Drawing on November 10th. Please bring your sealed survey to the office by November 9th to be entered in to the drawing. Please make sure to fill out your survey with a black ballpoint pen. If you did not receive the survey, or have lost your copy, please contact the office.
