Dear Residents,
In an effort to keep you informed of community happenings, we wanted to share with you the following. An incident occurred in the early morning hours that unfortunately resulted in the death of a gentleman who was not a resident of our community. The San Antonio Police Department, which responded to the incident, has shared with us only pertinent information, which is what we’d like to share with you. It has been explained the incident was very much isolated (not random), the gentleman was specifically targeted, and the gentleman was an acquaintance of a resident. Thankfully, no one else was harmed. While SAPD has indicated there is no further need for concern, we would like to caution you to be extra vigilant of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity to the Police Department and our management office.
Though unfortunately no apartment community in our area is ever immune to these types of events, we would like you, our valued residents, to know every possible action is being taken to ensure the situation is properly handled and the comfort of our clients remains of utmost priority.
